These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the heybaji aff platform ("Platform") and all services associated with it. Any person who accesses this platform, creates an account, or uses any service is considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1.1 User Eligibility

- Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the platform.
- Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- All information provided during account registration must be accurate and up to date.
1.2 Service Restrictions
heybaji aff platform services apply to specific geographic regions. The platform may not be used from areas where online gaming is prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to be aware of local laws before using the service.
Account Management and Security
Each user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Login credentials, passwords, and OTPs should never be shared with any third party. heybaji aff will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of an account.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
heybaji aff may verify a user's identity at any time to maintain a secure environment. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. If documents are not provided within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily suspended.
2.2 Account Closure and Suspension
- If a user is found to be involved in fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity, the account will be closed immediately.
- If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed.
- Attempting to misuse bonuses or exploit system vulnerabilities will be considered a violation of these Terms.
- Users may also request account closure at any time.

Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the heybaji aff platform are secured by SSL encryption. Payment methods currently available for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).
3.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
- Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
- Deposits made through a third party or from someone else's account are not permitted.
- Deposits from cryptocurrency or unknown sources are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Account KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit — withdrawals to a different method are not allowed.
- Any portion of a bonus with an unmet wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
3.3 Transaction Cancellation and Disputes
Once processing has begun, a withdrawal request generally cannot be cancelled. If there is an issue with any transaction, the user should notify the heybaji aff support team within 24 hours via live chat or email.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions on heybaji aff are offered under specific conditions. It is mandatory to read the individual terms of a bonus before claiming it.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 120% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning the bonus funds must be bet 15 times before withdrawal. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200 — the wagering required before withdrawal is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering conditions are met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
- Attempting to misuse bonuses or obtain bonuses through manipulation will result in account closure.
- Each promotion has an expiry period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after the period ends.
4.3 Other Promotions
For other promotions including the weekly deposit festival, slot bonuses, cricket season offers, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses, each has its own wagering and validity conditions. These are detailed on the relevant promotion pages.
Gaming and Betting Rules
heybaji aff platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, and various other games. Each game has its own rules — it is each user's responsibility to understand them before playing.
5.1 Technical Errors
If a session ends due to internet disconnection, server issues, or any technical fault during gameplay, heybaji aff does not accept liability for the result of that round. However, the support team can be contacted for such issues.
5.2 Betting Limits
- Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
- Bets outside the set limits will not be accepted.
- If unusual betting patterns are detected, heybaji aff may temporarily review the account.
5.3 Sports Betting
Odds may change for sports bets. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, heybaji aff's decision regarding the relevant bet will be final.

6.2 Self-Exclusion Feature
- An account may be deactivated temporarily or permanently at the user's own request.
- Requests to reactivate an account before the self-exclusion period ends will not be accepted.
- While self-exclusion is active, no promotional communications will be sent during that period.
Intellectual Property and Prohibited Activities
All content on the heybaji aff platform — designs, logos, code, graphics, and text — is protected under the intellectual property rights of the respective owners. Copying, modifying, or using them commercially without prior permission is prohibited.
7.1 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Registering an account using a false identity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Attempting to launch cyber attacks against the platform or distribute malicious code.
7.2 Limitation of Liability
heybaji aff's liability is limited for any loss arising from technical issues, disruption of third-party services, or the user's own actions. However, for losses caused directly by our own errors, we will attempt to resolve the matter through support.
